The Subperiosteal Observer track offers a rare opportunity to experience advanced subperiosteal implant therapy from inside the operatory — alongside one of the field’s leading educators, Dr. Samuel Jirik.

Designed for clinicians who want to gain exposure to subperiosteal implant planning, design, and surgical execution without directly operating, this observer program places participants directly beside the surgical team throughout every stage of treatment.

Observers will witness the full workflow in real time — from treatment planning discussions and flap design to surgical placement, suturing, occlusal considerations, and intraoperative decision-making.

This is not a lecture-based seminar.
This is direct exposure to advanced surgical execution in a live clinical environment.

Subperiosteal implant design philosophy and planning
Digital workflow for subperiosteal implant cases
Case selection and treatment planning discussions
Flap design, reflection, and soft tissue management
Surgical placement protocols
Suturing techniques for large surgical cases
Occlusion management and prosthetic considerations
Intraoperative surgical decision-making
Managing complications and non-ideal anatomy

Observers will be present during every surgery and educational discussion throughout the program.

Limited Enrollment

Due to the intimate nature of the surgical environment and direct mentorship model, observer seating is extremely limited.
