Course Overview
Level III is designed for experienced implant surgeons ready to take on the most challenging cases in full-arch rehabilitation. This advanced course focuses on graftless solutions for patients with severe maxillary atrophy using zygomatic, pterygoid, trans-sinus, and other remote anchorage techniques.
Each trainee participates in live surgeries — performing and assisting — with direct mentorship in real-time clinical environments. This course is ideal for doctors looking to expand their surgical toolkit and serve patients previously considered untreatable.
Held during Operation Re-dentulate Central America Association (O.R.C.A.A.), this mission-based training week connects advanced education with life-changing impact.

What You’ll Learn / Do
Hands-On Experience
- Perform and assist in multiple complex full-arch surgeries across 4 days
- Rotate roles between lead surgeon and assistant to reinforce mastery
- Case complexity and approaches vary to reflect real-world scenarios
- Techniques taught may include
- Zygomatic Implants
- Pterygoid Implants
- Trans-Sinus & Trans-Nasal (Z-Point) Implants
- Receive 1:1 clinical mentorship with top-tier surgical faculty

ORCAA COURSE PREREQUISITES
Prerequisites:
- Active dental license in good standing
- Minimum of 1,000 implants placed as primary surgeon
- Minimum of 75–100 full-arch (All-on-X) cases completed as primary surgeon
- Completion of a recognized implant cadaver course
- Proficient in:
- Full-arch treatment planning
- Immediate loading workflows
- Alveoloplasty
- Advanced flap management
- Management of surgical complications
- Comprehensive CBCT evaluation
- Thorough understanding of:
- Maxillary sinus anatomy
- Nasal anatomy
- Zygomatic anatomy
- Pterygoid anatomy
- Prosthetically driven full-arch planning
Recommended:
- Previous advanced implant mentorship
- Experience treating severely atrophic jaws
- Experience managing complex implant complications
- Multi-unit abutments
- Immediate loading concepts
- Completion of ORCAA Level 1 track 1 and 2 or equivalent training
