Course Overview
Level II is where the ORCAA mission comes to life. Trainees are immersed in a live surgical environment, delivering full-arch immediate loading solutions under the guidance of world-class faculty — all while serving patients in need.
Each participant operates and assists across multiple cases per day, rotating roles to maximize their surgical exposure and learning. This is a high-volume, high-impact experience designed to give you the confidence and skill to bring All-on-X procedures into your practice immediately.
This course takes place during Operation Re-dentulate Central America Association (O.R.C.A.A.), a biannual mission hosted at Universidad Francisco Marroquín, where clinical training is directly tied to patient transformation.

What You’ll Learn / Do
Hands-On Experience
- Perform and assist on multiple surgeries per day across 4 full operating days
- Alternate roles with your surgical partner to reinforce learning through doing
- Techniques taught may include:
- Palatal Approach
- M-Configuration & V-Configuration
- Suturing & Soft Tissue Management
- Train directly with expert faculty in a 1:1 student-to-instructor ratio
