Dr. Shreyesh Ruparelia

Dr. Shreyesh Ruparelia is one of the top full mouth dental implant surgeons in the DC area. His passion for his profession and care for his patients have led him to become a leader in the field of comprehensive modern dentistry. Dr. Ruparelia has a fellowship with the International Congress of Oral Implantology and the Academy of General Dentistry.

He received his bachelor of science in biochemistry and molecular biology from the University of Maryland and doctor of dental surgery from the University of Maryland Dental School. During his final year, he went on to complete a competitive prosthodontic internship program, where he received advanced training in dental implants, full-mouth reconstruction, and cosmetic dentistry.

Skilled and trained in all areas of dentistry, he actively operates 3 dental offices dedicated to complete dental care. He has devoted himself to perfecting the art of full mouth reconstructive dentistry, full-mouth dental implants and complex bone grafting procedures. To date, he has performed hundreds of full-mouth implant procedures and has placed thousands of implants.

As a general dentist, Dr. Ruparelia brings a unique view to full mouth reconstructions due to his expertise in treating dentate and edentulous patients alike. This allows him to teach not only the surgical and prosthetic treatment protocols but also full lab design and fabrication protocols. Dr Ruparelia was one of the first dentists in the US to build and run a fully digital in-house lab.

Dr. Ruparelia lives in Leesburg, Virginia with his lovely wife and two children.
